Tej Randeva

Tej Randeva - CEO

Tej is a young entrepreneur who uses his considerable business acumen and experience to launch new ventures and develop his existing firms. Over the past decade Tej has owned and developed several different companies, in various sectors such as motor insurance, general insurance brokerage, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, pizza franchising, web design, search engine optimisation (SEO), limousine hire, coach hire, private jet hire and many more.

Limo Broker is one of his proudest achievements and he continues to work with other management to develop the business and continually expand its operations throughout UK, Ireland and soon Worldwide.

Alex Drummond

Alex Drummond - General Manager & Sales Director

Alex has worked his way up from the bottom at Limo Broker, from sales person through sales Team Leader and now he is the company's leading General Manager and one of the most senior executives in the company. He has prior experience in the bar and nightclub management sector where he travelled the world operating businesses in Austria, Turkey, Corsica and more. Alex is also a keen Tottenham fan and has a big passion for bulldogs.

Alex is also a shareholder of Coach Broker.

Gurinder Randeva

Gurinder Randeva - Company Secretary & Accounts Director

Gurinder originally started with the company in 2005 when Limo Broker Ltd had first formed. With a teaching background, Gurinder started off at first doing part time accounts but as the company developed Gurinder was required on a full time basis and finally gave up her career as a teacher in 2006. She has worked worked for the company since and never looked back. Gurinder has always been interactive in the business and has taken pride in the expansion of the Group.

Ross Anderson

Ross Anderson - Training & HR Manager

Ross joined Limo Broker three years ago, he was the top salesman the first three months he worked here. He was moved to Web Leasing then over to Coach Broker in 2011 where he broke all sales records. He was recently appointed as the Group Training and HR Manager where he looks after all staff related issues, from staff recruitment to appraisals to development training to management training. Interests include live music, snowboarding, eating out, Liverpool FC.

The Transport Broker Group (TBG) is a conglomerate company made up of five main businesses namely Limo Broker Ltd, Coach Brokers Ltd, Cars for Stars Ltd, Hire Limos Ltd & WOW Jets Ltd, through which TBG is able to provide national transport hire services covering a large range of vehicles including chauffeur driven limousines and wedding cars, also self drive sports cars, minibus and coach hire facilities.

From our head office in Cardiff Bay, South Wales the Transport Broker Group controls and coordinates vehicle rentals services across the country through its network of approved transport agents. Over the years, we’ve established an enviable base of experienced transport rental providers who we work with closely on a daily basis.

Our knowledgeable staff understand the strengths of each our agents and are able to place bookings which are ideally suited to the services of that particular operator to ensure our clients receive a service which is nothing short of flawless, each and every time they travel with us.

As a company, our strength lies in our ability to market our services successfully online. We have an in-house team of web developers, programmers, copywriters and marketing officers who work across the huge portfolio of websites which offer our limo hire, coach and luxury transport rental services. By developing sophisticated search engine optimisation techniques and applying these to the hundreds of micro websites, main websites and news sites which come under the TBG banner, we have succeeded in transforming each of our companies into market leaders in their specific fields.

The TBG is constantly looking to push the envelope, developing new business ventures and improving its existing portfolio of companies.
